Throughout the year, we host a few fitness activities:
A - Our outdoor fitness workouts in Nature with NatuurlijkSportief!
NatuurlijkSportief Montreal Canada - Outdoor training in nature
(2-3 times a year, once per season)
Cost: FREE!
B - Our TBC Muddy Ice Cream 4K walk, run or jog in Pointe-Claire Village waterfront!

C - Our TBC STRONG fitness workout program!
Born during Covid lockdown, these weekly Zoom workouts are excellent full body workouts that help teens and adults alike develop strong fitness.
BEING FIT IS AWESOME! ( AND IT'S IN YOU! ;) SO JUST LET YOUR FIT OUT!
The TBC Spring Muddy Ice Cream 4K is a walk, jog, or run 4 kilometer fitness activity. It will be held this year on Sunday May 7th, 2023 at 10 AM (Rain or Shine)
Starting and ending at the Fisherman's Pier in Pointe-Claire Village's Edgewater Park. The path goes through two waterfront parks and around the legendary Pointe Claire Windmill.
For safety, we have volunteers along the path to guide you and there are 3 groups: the fast walkers, joggers, and runners. You can choose which group you wish to participate with.
The cost is $5 and includes ice cream, nut-free cookies and a jus or hot coco at the end!
10:00 AM - Group Stretching for all BEGINS!
10:20 AM - Walkers START! (estimated time: 40 minutes)
10:25 AM - Jogger START! (estimated time: 30 minutes)
10:30 AM - Runners START! (estimated time: 20 minutes)
10:45 AM - Group Stretching at the finish line for each group!
11:00 AM - DeluxeIce Cream, Cookie bites, Hot Coco/Jus and Selfie Time!
To Participate:
1- Dress appropriately for the weather, layers for the cold or light rain. Sunscreen. Hat. Sunglasses if needed. Bring a pair of running shoes that can get a bit muddy!!
2- Show up by 10am at the starting line to sign-in. Parking can be found at both ends of the park, or nearby.
3- Pay your participation $5 upon arrival.
4- Have fun!
- Great for all ages and all fitness levels.
- Light to Medium level of intensity.
- Focus on introducing fitness and basic exercises
- Includes Yoga, Strength Training & Cardio
- Great for ages 12+ or who have a good base level of fitness.
- Required for all TBC EAGLES players (competitive team).
- Medium to High level of intensity.
- Focus is on pushing fitness to a peak performance level.
