The Teen Badminton Club is all about playing badminton. Once a week, in the West Island and Montreal, players get out together, and PLAY! With our group of inspiring young coaches and our focus on playing and learning, you will have a great time, meet new friends and develop your game! As a 12-19 year old TBC player, or a 7-11 year old JUNIOR BIRDIE, you'll get to play badminton and learn a lot about the game.
Our PROGRAM, which will help you be a star, is done each fall & winter season for 10-11 weeks.

In addition to badminton, our club likes to stay fit in the outdoors and take our club off the courts! Here are a few activities we do throughout the year that you can participate in:
> Our Pre-Season OUTDOOR WORKOUTS IN NATURE with Natuurlijk Sportief. (2-3x per year, see picture)
> Our 4km Walk-or-Jog TBC MUDDY ICE CREAM 4K in April each year.
> Our TBC Club Hiking / Camping trip to the Adirondack mountains, in New York USA. We go each year in May & in September.

Being socially and athletically active as a teenager is a recipe for success! And when you can do both at the same time while enjoying a sport that you love, it is win-win.

Our annual volunteer project for our teens. It's hard work but our players love being outside helping to collect leaves and bond as a team. All money raised goes to pay for our players team jerseys!
