TBC Strong Fitness is our online weekly workout that players can do efficiently from home.
It's a 10 week 1-hour/week program designed to make our players fit!
You'll enjoy a great workout and learn a lot of new exercises, positions and dynamic movements as you go, allowing you to become self-sufficient with your fitness for life! Not to mention becoming stronger, faster, and last longer on a badminton court!

To participate, you'll need a yoga mat and access to a smart device to see our zoom feed.
- Great for all ages and all fitness levels.
- Light to Medium level of intensity.
- Focus on introducing fitness and basic exercises
- Includes Yoga, Strength Training & Cardio
- Great for ages 12+ or who have a good base level of fitness.
- Required for all TBC EAGLES players (competitive team).
- Medium to High level of intensity.
- Focus is on pushing fitness to a peak performance level.
- Includes Yoga, Strength Training & Cardio
The TBC Spring Muddy Ice Cream 5K is a walk, jog, or run 5 kilometer fitness activity. It will be held this year on Sunday April 10th at 10 AM (Rain or Shine)
Starting and ending at the Fisherman's Pier in Pointe-Claire Village's Edgewater Park. The path goes through two waterfront parks and around the legendary Pointe Claire Windmill.
The cost is $5 and includes ice cream, nut-free cookies and a jus at the end!
For safety, we have volunteers along the path to guide you and there are 3 groups: the fast walkers, joggers, and runners. You can choose which group you wish to participate with.
10:00 AM - Group Stretching for all BEGINS!
10:20 AM - Runners START! (estimated time: 20-25 minutes)
10:25 AM - Jogger START! (estimated time: 25-35 minutes)
10:30 AM - Walkers START! (estimated time: 35-50 minutes)
10:45 AM - Group Stretching at the finish line for each group!
11:00 AM - Ice Cream, Cookies, Jus and Selfie Time!
To Participate:
1- Dress appropriately for the weather, layers for the cold or light rain. Sunscreen. Hat. Sunglasses if needed. Bring a pair of running shoes that can get a bit muddy!!
2- Show up by 10am at the starting line to sign-in. Parking can be found at both ends of the park, or nearby.
3- Pay your participation 5$ upon arrival.
4- Have fun!
